Supports
While SAOL endeavours to provide wide-ranging supports, we cannot be there 24/7/365. This page is designed to alert you to some of supports and activities that are available to you and might help you get by until the worry or trigger or craving or crisis passes or until SAOL is back there for you.
SAOL Outreach Number
SAOL outreach phone is looked after by members of staff and while it may not be answered 24/7, it will be checked for messages regularly and someone from SAOL will get back to you within 24 hours and usually much sooner. The number is:
SAOLopening during summer break
SAOL Project will be open for all participants on Tuesday 26th and Wednesday 27th July from 10:00 am to 12:30pm. You are welcome to check in with us for a chat and coffee and maybe even a slice of toast, as well as the usual support. There'll be no childcare, so if you bring any child with you, you will have to mind them yourselves and if it is very busy, we might even have to limit the numbers of children here.
Contact SAOL Outreach Number for more details.
